Company workspace setup
Your company workspace is created automatically when you complete the setup wizard after your first login. The wizard collects:- Company name — appears on all reports you file in the RentFAX network
- Business type — sole proprietorship, LLC, corporation, or partnership
- Business phone and address — used for your company profile

Review your company profile
After completing the wizard, go to Settings and confirm your company name and contact details are correct. This information appears on incident reports you file and is visible to other operators when they view shared records.
