RentFAX offers five pricing tiers so you can match your plan to your rental volume. Every tier gives you access to the same core screening technology; the plans differ in how many risk reports are included per month and which team and analytics features are unlocked. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings, and there are no long-term contracts on the subscription plans.

Add-ons

All subscription plans support the following optional add-ons. Contact support or visit Settings → Billing to add them to your account.
  • AI Optimization — Enhanced AI features for risk explanations and fraud detection.
  • Extra Seats — Additional team member seats beyond your plan’s default allocation.
  • Priority Support — Faster response times if not already included in your plan.

How to upgrade or change your plan

Your subscription is managed through Stripe. RentFAX does not store your payment details directly.

Open Settings

In the RentFAX dashboard, click your account name in the top navigation and select Settings.

Go to Billing

Click Billing in the settings sidebar. This opens your billing overview.

Open the Stripe portal

Click Manage subscription. You will be redirected to the Stripe customer portal.

Change your plan

In the Stripe portal, select Update plan and choose the tier you want. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
If you are on Pay As You Go and want to switch to a subscription, go to Settings → Billing and select the plan you want. Your existing report credits are not transferred.
